For sound feet and muscles AntiFlam can be used safely for indefinite periods of time and in higher than recommended amounts.Does not upset the stomach.

Suggested Usage:
A starting amount of 60ml twice a day could be increased if needed. This starting amount usually lasts for five days before reducing to a maintenance amount. An average maintenance level dose would be 30ml twice a day. Effects should be seen by ten days.
