Equisel-Lyte is for post workout muscle and aids in re-hydration. Equisel-Lyte contains branched chain amino acids. – Replaces minerals lost in sweat – Helps to build muscle – Amino acid spares muscle breakdown Equisel-Lyte is always best given post exercise. When given 10 minutes to 2 hours after exercise while the body is still warm, the Branched Chain Amino Acids have the best effect. Equisel-Lyte is a powder. Mix thoroughly with either water or apple sauce in an oral syringe and administer orally.
